Reservation
Walk-ins are welcome however we highly recommend you call us to schedule an appointment to ensure your service be available when you arrive.
Be On Time
Your time with us is precious. Once you are 15 minutes past your appointment time, there is no guarantee you””ll be accommodated. But a call to the salon is appreciated nonetheless.
Cancellation & No-Show
For cancellation or rescheduling, please call us 24 hours prior your scheduled time to avoid a possible 50% charge. No show could result in a full charge of service. Clients with 3 no-show appointments within a one year period must pre-pay at the time of booking. An appointment canceled after the scheduled time of the appointment will be considered a no show.
Shaving
Shaving is not recommended before a pedicure or men’s facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least a full 24 hours prior to service.
Children
We love families and children. However, we use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors – and don””t want anyone to be injured while visiting Dixie’s Day Spa least of all a child. So as a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is YOUR responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon.
Valuables
We will not be responsible for any losses or damages to personal articles including clothing or jewelries. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift Certificates are neither redeemable nor refundable for cash.
Gift Certificates are valid for six months from date of purchase.
Returned Check
$35 will be charged for each returned checked.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuity
Prices do not include gratuity. In appreciation to our staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
